The knowledge conveyed is experiential and practical, and teaches how one can learn to cope with psychological suffering, and achieve balance and inner peace in a controlled environment, as well as in daily life. We will devote the evening to learning about and experiencing this in a pleasant atmosphere. There will also be time for discussion regarding <a href=\"https:\/\/nonduality.co.il\/en\/shadow-work\/\">shadow work<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/nonduality.co.il\/en\/yoga-of-the-body-and-senses\/\">sensory yoga.<\/a><\/p><p>The evening will begin with a guided meditation, which will be followed by a conversation.<\/p><p>All
